1. Accepted Payment Options
We accept a wide variety of payment methods, including all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay), Net Banking, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), and select digital wallets.
2. Transaction Security
All payment processing is handled through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. AURIUM does not store your card or sensitive banking credentials on our servers.
3. EMI & Financing
To make your luxury purchase more accessible, we offer Easy Monthly Installments (EMI) through partner credit card providers. Available EMI tenures and interest rates will be calculated at check-out.
4. Payment Failure Resolution
If your transaction fails but amount is debited, it will typically be refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days. Please contact your issuing bank or reach out to our concierge for assistance.
