Cancel & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your AURIUM jewelry. Our cancel and return policy is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent.
1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the product has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the standard return policy applies.
2. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, your AURIUM piece must be unused, in the same pristine condition you received it, and in its original premium packaging along with the certificate of authenticity.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our concierge. We will arrange a secure reverse pickup from your delivery address. Please do not ship the items back on your own, as they will not be covered by our transit insurance.
4. Refunds
Once our quality assurance studio inspects the returned piece and confirms it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
